Return Policy

Please choose carefully

Should you require to return an item, please email us at erica@silverflamze.com before returning any items. The guidelines given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and Erica Golding must approve your return via email, and the item is to be lodged at the post office for return within 7 days of Erica Golding’s approval. Returns may be refused after this time or if the items show signs of wear and tear. Upon receiving your return you will be notified via email by Erica Golding. Damaged, soiled, marked or broken return items will not be accepted. Return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. If the item is faulty, not as ordered, postage will be incurred by Silverflamze. We ask that all items to be returned are returned to Silverflamze in unworn original condition. All returns must be sent via Registered Post, Express Post is not necessary. All items need to be returned in condition received. Please note all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, including returns and exchanges. For any items being returned for exchange, please ensure to include a return post satchel within your return. Every item purchased from Silverflamze goes through a thorough inspection, prior to being sent to the customer. This is to ensure there are no faults or damages with the item before being posted. For any items being returned for exchange, please ensure to include a return post satchel within your return.  Finally, if the terms and conditions of the return of the item are met, then Silverflamze will provide a refund via the means of a Money Back only option. All sale items are final sales, sorry no refunds or exchanges. Sale items can not be exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.   

Payments

Silverflamze currently accepts Paypal or Credit card payments. With Paypal being set to the default mailing address, please ensure that your mailing address is updated and correct as the items ordered will be sent to that default address. Silverflamze will accept money orders, direct debit, and personal cheques with a prior arranged agreement on the sale of the item. All items are listed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). These are GST inclusive within Australia. Exchange rates paid will be determined by your bank/payment provider/Paypal.  

Delivery

Insurance on Art

Every piece of Art purchased comes with an Authentification Certificate and Value. Before posting the Art is insured for the value sold. This ensures the safety of the delivery of the art. The customer must notify within 2 days of receiving the art of its arrival. Any claims of the art not being delivered to the customer’s address after 2 days of delivery Silverflamze holds no responsibility to the art thereafter. And the customer may follow up with a tracking number at Australia Post for lost items.

Domestic Shipping

Within Australia, Silverflamze delivers using Australia Post Express. Orders before 2 pm Monday – Thursday will be shipped on the same day, and in most cases, your packages should reach you the next day. Please note orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Silverflamze recommends you list either your business address or an address where you will be between 9 am and 5 pm to receive your awesome item/s. Once your order has been dispatched Silverflamze will send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number for your package so you know when to expect your item/s!

under 500 grams = $13.50 AUD

Items over 500 grams = $18.50 AUD

International Shipping

Silverflamze is global and can ship anywhere! Our default shipping method is Registered Post International. We also offer Express Courier International (EMS) if you require an express service. If you prefer a registered post with insurance, we can provide this service upon email request. Costs will be the same as the Express Platinum Service. We dispatch daily. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen/ not picked up from the postal service once posted. 

Registered Post International Fees

Items under 500 grams = $36 AUD

Items over 500 grams= $49 AUD 

Delivery Time: Registered Post International = 5-14 business days (depending on destination/ customs)

 Express Post Courier International Fees

Items under 500 grams = $68 AUD

Items over 500 grams = $88 AUD

 Delivery Time: Express Courier International = 2 – 6 business days (depending on destination/ customs) 

Customs


Silverflamze cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas custom offices. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Silverflamze cannot determine the amount if any (usually not) that will be charged so please check with your country to ascertain any additional charges prior to your purchase. This is a legal requirement out of our control. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country it will be returned to Silverflamze at our expense and we will have to charge you the return fee plus the original postage cost.
